“Shiza” is Japanese for vantage point —
because perspective drives possibility.
Infrastructure for ambition
Shiza Ventures is the dedicated solution for venture secondaries in Japan.
We provide liquidity to the funds, founders and early shareholders behind
Japan's best venture-backed companies, and support their long-term growth with global perspective & capital.

Built at the intersection of
Japan and global capital
Secondary liquidity
Tailored solutions that clean up cap tables and unlock value for early stakeholders. We buy positions directly, buy LP stakes in funds, and structure continuation vehicles for GPs at end of term. Companies stop being governed by their cap table's timeline.
Global Shiza
“Shiza” means vantage point in Japanese. We connect global perspectives, benchmarking best in class companies around the world. Combining investment and operating experience to help ambitious teams see beyond Japan, take on global challenges, and reach their full potential.
Global Capital
Connecting Japan’s private markets with global capital. We leverage our network of leading institutional investors to bring risk capital and long-term support to ambitious Japanese companies, helping them scale and compete on the global stage.
